About Our ClientOur client is a renowned Law Firm with presence in Singapore and other parts of Asia. As they expand the Singapore office, they are looking for an Office Manager to join the team and head the administration aspects of the business.Your key responsibilities include:- Working closely with counterparts in HK and Shanghai in setting up high standard of admin support- Working closely with government authorities to ensure compliance- Supporting leaders and Partners who are based in Singapore in terms of meetings and events- Leading one more Team Assistant to provide seamless support to the office- Organising events, locally and regionally to enhance the work space experience- Regularly working with the Singapore Law Society to receive direction and instructionsThe Successful ApplicantSuccessful candidate must have- at least 10 years of experience in Office Manager or administration role- leadership experienceWhat\'s on OfferYou will work directly with the Partners and you will be empowered to run the local office. You will also enjoy above the market level of welfare.
