What the role is:
Office of International Relations - Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager/Senior Executive
What you will be working on:
The staff will contribute to the following areas:
- Develop country-based strategies for selected overseas markets and explore strategic collaborations and projects with international institutions and organisations.
- Work with the Polytechnic's leadership to drive Republic Polytechnic's student overseas exposure framework to promote student overseas academic and cultural exchanges, overseas internships, international service learning, competition and representation trips.
- Facilitate and guide Republic Polytechnic Schools and Centres in administrative processes involving student overseas travel to meet internal customer needs.
- Manage 3rd party grant to meet funding criteria.
- Identify and propose suitable work processes to streamline and/or make more efficient with automation.
- Work with Republic Polytechnic Schools and Centres to leverage overseas training programmes for good student outcomes.
Relevant qualifications with at least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Programme or Project Management.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate and build
- Strong interpersonal relationships at all levels.
