Office & Retail Support Coordinator (3 Days/week)

Job Description

Supporting the MD and marketing team, with responsibilities in liaising with retail customers and assisting the MD in general admin and operation needs





Responsibilities:



Liaising with retail customers in promotion campaigns, order processing and billing Monitoring company inventory levels and warehouse general management Admin support to e-commerce and fulfilment team Coordinating with external service providers, eg logistics, vendors

Skills:



Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills Attention to detail with the ability to multitask, organise, prioritise work, and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Qualifications and Experience:



Minimum "O" Level / Professional Certificate / NITEC in any field, or equivalent * Experience in retail or consumer product business is not essential but helpful
