Drive and manage overall product life cycle for FUJIFILM Business Innovation (FB) solution software products – Product planning, managing product launch, product positioning, product promotion and post-launch reviews and support.
Support FB OperatingCompanies (OpCos) sales and review the marketing process for business improvement.
Responsible for the marketing success of FUJIFILM Business Innovation (FB) software solutions in the areas of Security, Cost (Print) Management, Imaging workflow and cloud services across all OpCos in APAC
Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, value proposition & initiatives to drive market awareness and generate demand across all OpCos
Deal with 4 P’s of Marketing; Product, Pricing, Place and Promotion.
Define product requirements with use case descriptions, prioritized features and corresponding justification based on sound product management principles
Communicate with FB Marketing Team and 3rd party Solution vendors (or partners) about the value proposition of the software & solutions to the Regional Sales Companies in Asia Pacific (OpCos) and to develop sales tools that support the selling process.
Working with development/engineering or partner teams to define dependencies and timelines, and provide ownership during project development
Align marketing campaigns to the local market needs collaborated with FB Marketing Team (or partners)
Develop business cases (financial and otherwise) for new offerings and capabilities
Market solutions for full product life cycle, ensuring growth and market demand for the life span of a solution
Own and develop marketing assets for use in cross-channel delivery such as content creation, management and copywriting of marketing collaterals (e.g. EDM, advertisements, etc.)
Equip sales (direct and in-direct channel) with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful
Investigate market challenges and assess viability of possible solution
2. Product Marketing Enablement
Manage product launch to ensure “Time to Market” and effective launch of new solutions
Build deep knowledge of the market, customers and competitors and guide software & solution roadmap and strategy
Launch and market solutions to all OpCos value chain, which includes Sales, professional services, support, and solution specialists
Manage FB development Team or partners to ensure high quality products are released and all required information are available including pricing, collaterals, product training and product positioning at the time of launch
Manage any issues found in FB’s or partners’ software with the relevant teams and ensure successful fix
Manage all internal stakeholders to be aligned with software solution marketing plan and strategy
3. Demand Generation
Develop the sales strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for software solutions
Launch and manage all solutions in conjunction with the Digital marketing team to ensure full cross-channel marketing is achieved
4. Regional APAC Sales/Operating Companies (OpCos) Support
Drive FB Solutions Strategy across OpCos, gaining measurable buy in and support from marketing and sales heads
Identify OpCos’ skill level required to support future software products so as to prepare and review their readiness to launch
Provide marketing activities support such as events, product presentations and demonstrations to OpCos for lead generation
Understand and manage issues raised by OpCos proactively
Conduct major win-loss reviews and ensure prompt marketing measures are taken to address it
Lead internal projects and communicate with cross-functional teams including OpCos ‘Management
Manage FB Development team for customization requests through OpCos and support OpCos’ proposals to business deals
5. Business Measurement
Develop, execute and evaluate monthly and quarterly marketing plans and strategies (include online, offline, digital, partnership, etc.) specific to department's objectives and goals
Ensure all activities are tracked and managed to confirm the impact on the overall solution revenue and profitability
Report campaign metrics and KPIs and track performance and results over time
Review results of marketing activities and implement improvement measures
Provide details on competitive software and identify unique selling proposition
Job Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years in software solutions related industry, with at least 12 years of work experience, preferably in a managerial role
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or Business Management
Understanding of Cost (Print) Management Solutions, SaaS,
Cloud Technologies, workflow automation and digital transformation tools
Business level fluency in Japanese is preferable
Having knowledge about Printing Industry is a plus
Familiar with printing workflow and Multi-Function Devices and Printers
Understand the market trends and IT landscape to ensure the products meet customer needs in terms of Digital Transformation (DX) and Corporate Transformation (CX)
