Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring cleanliness, supplies and functionality of facilities (pantry, meeting rooms, workstations)
Manage office inventory (stationery, copier paper, pantry items) and place orders as needed
Schedule and maintain meeting rooms via Outlook; ensure AV systems and materials are ready
Handle administrative tasks: expense submissions (Concur/CTC), business card printing, desk/locker allocation, courier services and mail distribution
Support onboarding by issuing access passes and assisting visiting staff
Liaise with landlords/vendors for maintenance, repairs and health & safety compliance
Organize internal events, coordinating logistics such as catering and office decor
Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and access systems
Requirements
2+ years' experience in office administration or a similar role
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook); familiarity with office management tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
