JOB TITLE: SUPPORT SPECIALISTJOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for ensuring that all request from UK to allocate directors for a company, order companies to send pre-market and post shop packs, files ticket for every request of companies to order and transfer and making sure that correct contracts are timely sent and directors are allocated.JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Education:
- Graduate of any management business course or Economics.
- A strong background in database management may be beneficial.
- Efficient and detail oriented to respond on queries via messaging system.
- Should have strong analytical abilities in order to evaluate information for effectiveness and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to properly address any issues or statuses to UK counterparts.
- Proficient in using word processing and spreadsheet applications/programs.
- Accountable, with strong time management and decision-making skills.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in data management role.
- Fresh graduates may be accepted.
