Job Description

The Officer - Banking Operation Officer (Fund Transfer) is responsible for performing pre-processing control checks on a variety of banking products, including but not limited to cheques, deposits, loans, and fund transfers. This role also involves direct interaction with clients through callbacks on high-value transactions.
Responsibilities:Perform reconciliation, risk and control checks for all banking transactions; ensuring that it is in compliance with Citi policies and procedures while meeting the regulatory requirement. Conduct callbacks to clients for verification and confirmation of high-value transactions. Perform pre-processing control checks for all fund transfer transactions Escalate the exceptions and ensure proper approvals obtained and on time. Assist in implementing measures and process improvements to increase productivity and ensure its quality. participate in project and system enhancement including implementation. Assist on changes or additional regulations/guidelines implementation. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve processing issues and improve efficiency. Perform testing on controls and assist with audit.

Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in a related role Relevant Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience preferred
