About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Officer, Client Data Management

to join a leading organization in the

banking and wealth management industry

on a

6-month contract

starting

January 2026

. You will support the

document review and maintenance processes

for both new and existing client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in client data management.

Key Responsibilities

Review

account opening forms and supporting documents

as part of the client onboarding process. Perform

KYC-related maintenance reviews

(e.g. changes in ownership structure, beneficial owners, or authorized signatories). Process

account updates and maintenance requests

, such as address changes, ID/passport updates, and account blocking/unblocking. Manage

outstanding documentation issues

and track resolution progress in internal systems (CRM, etc.). Participate in

internal projects, process improvement initiatives, and working group discussions

. Ensure strict adherence to

data privacy and security standards

. Perform other

ad-hoc tasks

as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

2-3 years of relevant experience

in client data management, onboarding, or operations support within

banking or financial institutions

. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex or challenging situations professionally. Proficient in

Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data evaluation skills. Knowledge of

Avaloq system

will be an advantage.
