In this position you will.... Provide back-end support to Client Servicing Executives and Managers across broking teams.
You will be responsible for\xe2\x80\xa6
Follow-up with insurers to ensure policy documents are processed and sent to billing within acceptable timeline.
Check and sort insurance policies, endorsements and other documents before forwarding to the clients.
Collate and send renewal terms to clients promptly.
Co-ordinate on Foreign Worker Bonds between client and insurer.
Administration duties including sorting, despatching documents, retrieval of office files, maintaining filing / mailing records of office files / other mailing documents etc.
Handle incoming calls and enquiries when necessary.
Work in conjunction with the team and management to meet performance goals.
Attend to other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Preferred with CGI, if not have to pass the 3 basic papers within probation period.
