Job Description
Responsibilities
- Submit daily coding of mileage claims via LTA MTV Application System.
- Ensure that all operated mileage are accounted for and submitted via the Missing Trip Verification tab.
- Validate and justify operated trips that are not operated in the system.
- Revert captured timing via Validated Trip Verification tab should the trip did not operate.
- Perform data and trend analysis - to create a data sheet reporting to Manager regarding the mileage performance.
- Responsible for the compliance of coding in the team, to ensure team comply to the SOPs as well as to ensure the coding accuracy of the team.
- Responsible for the appeal of deductible mileage.
- To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
- Candidate must possess at least GCE N\' /O\' Levels or equivalent
- Relevant working experience would be beneficial
- Experience in the public transport network would be advantageous
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Ability to manage coding accurately in a timely manner
- Ability to analyse data and trend for reporting
- A team player who is able to work well in a fast pace environment
