Responsibilities:

This role requires you to liaise with various teams in Singapore, Hong Kong and India within CPB on investment transactions. The role includes the following functions:

• Verify orders submitted by Investment/Marketing teams

and reconciliation of trades * Perform documentation checking/ sales suitability & control/ post-trade reconcilement ensuring compliance to internal policies and regulatory guidelines

• Follow up on approvals of trade exceptions. Ensure all approvals are lodged properly for future reference and review.
• Perform regulatory and control related reporting
• Handle enquiries from Investment/Marketing teams for products supported including exception handling, problem resolution and trade discrepancies.
• Coordinate end-to-end order booking flow for completeness and product rollout.
• Support implementation of new policies/regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in related system enhancement, COB, UAT testing and projects implementation
• Work towards achieving optimum productivity and accuracy
• Escalate and resolve all requests / issues / errors timely
• Provide informal guidance and/or on the job training to new team members

Qualifications:

• Ability to work efficiently within team environments and as an individual contributor
• Strong communication skills (both written & verbal) at all organizational levels
• - Ability to work under pressure and meet cutoff times

Education:

• Bachelor\'s/University degree
