The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Officer - Parts Admin to join our customer service centre team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth and orderly operations in the parts store.
Responsibilities:

• Provide logistical administration support for enquiry parts details to facilitate operations
• Support in daily updating of KPI data
• Documentation support for department e.g PO and material follow up action
• Update of material details to align with in- house system
• Collaborate with service team and ensure their requirements are being addressed
• Provide costing information, handle ordering of the material not in stock and update the service team on the delivery details
• Monitor and handle stock checks daily/weekly to ensure healthy inventory levels
• Handle system receiving for documentation on items and quantities delivered in a timely manner
• Verify against invoices, purchase orders or requisitions to ensure accuracy
• Issue and keep proper records of the required purchase orders, invoices and inventory reports
• Adhere to safety and security procedures
• Provide administrative duties to support the department

Job Requirements
Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level with at least relevant experience in parts store management or Supply chain management equivalent.
• Automotive related background will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and meticulous in numbers, with good command of English (both verbal and written)
• Good networks and resourceful in Parts sourcing will deeply aid you in the daily job requirements
• Being a strong excellent teammate with good interpersonal and communications skills is the essential element that enable you to work together with the team to achieve success
