What the role is:
As an Officer/ Senior Officer, Communications and Engagement in the Engagement and Research Division, you will develop, implement and review strategies for stakeholder communications and engagement.
What you will be working on:

• Design, implement and review engagement approaches and strategies for effective internal and external engagement o Identify, cultivate and strengthen partnerships, and engage stakeholders through various platforms and modalities o Develop platforms, processes and resources to strengthen the Ministry's communications and engagement capabilities, and support effective and coherent messaging across MOE divisions and schools o Enhance the policy-communications nexus through the design and implementation of communications and engagement strategies for education policies and issues o Plan and coordinate major communications and engagement platforms such as MOE's Work Plan Seminar and Committee of Supply debates This is an individual contributor role. We welcome individuals with or without work experience to apply for the position.

What we are looking for:

• Preferably with prior experience in stakeholder engagement o Relevant working experience in policy, communications and engagement would be an advantage o Strong communication skills with good analytical and conceptualisation abilities o Strong project management and organisational skills o Ability to work in teams and build relationships across organisational boundaries o Ability to multi-task, adapt, and work in a dynamic environment o High level of initiative and passion for understanding and engaging with different stakeholders As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
