Roles & Responsibilities
:
- Arrange payments with Carrier / Co-leader upon receipt of Arrival Notices from Carriers / Co-loaders.
- Process / Input data of incoming shipments in Yunas system. Extract data for simple report (Excel) if required by customers.
- Sending Arrival Notice to customers, and liaise for clearance and delivery instructions.
- Arrange for insurance coverage in required by customers.
- Arrange clearance documents and liaise with transporters for delivery arrangement.
- Follow-up on the arrival of shipment, and delivery process
- Liaise with customers / carriers / co-loaders if there is any discrepancy to the cargoes upon clearance.
- Raise invoices and dispatch to customer, and follow-up with customers if there is any discrepancy
- Min O level and above
- Good communication skill and a team player with positive working attitude
- Transport allowance up to $144 will be provided
