Background

Stranger Soccer is the #1 way that people play futsal and football in Singapore. Over 50,000 registered users play 200+ games a week across 30 locations via its acclaimed Mobile App.



Official Hosts serve as the game facilitator as well as brand ambassadors. We are seeking a Senior Official Host to host games throughout the week and occasionally assist in other ad hoc duties. For this role, you should have great people skills, to make sure our users have a positive game experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.

Working Hours

Shifts will be assigned each week during the following timeframes:

• Monday to Friday: 8 am \xe2\x80\x93 1 pm, 4 \xe2\x80\x93 9 pm, 6 - 11 pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 8 am \xe2\x80\x93 1 pm, 1 - 6 pm, 3 \xe2\x80\x93 9 pm, 6 \xe2\x80\x93 11 pm

Working Locations

North - Yishun

West - Jurong, Turf City, Bukit Panjang

Central - City Hall, Somerset, Serangoon, Farrer Park, Balestier

East - Changi, Paya Lebar, Tampines

Key Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of the Stranger Soccer brand at the games
• Facilitate numerous football games around Singapore
• Ensure an OUTSTANDING game experience from start to finish
• Be ready to step in and play, to cover for any no show players or Hosts
• Report issues back to Host Manager

Requirements

• FUN outgoing personality
• Understanding of and passion for football
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
