Operate and manage offset printing presses to produce printed materials as per job specifications.
Set up printing machines, including plate mounting, ink adjustment, registration, and paper loading.
Conduct quality checks during production runs to ensure accurate color reproduction, alignment, and finishing.
Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain print quality and minimize downtime.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company safety policies.
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on printing equipment.
Work closely with the prepress and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion.
Keep accurate records of production output, materials usage, and machine performance.
Ensure adherence to production schedules while minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as an Offset Printing Operator, with direct experience operating offset machines.
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and repair.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality output.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
Willingness to work overtime as required.
