Okonomiyaki Kitchen Assistant
Job Description
Okonomiyaki kiosk in Takashimaya (Orchard) looking for a kitchen assistant/helper for their okonomiyaki kiosk.
To start work on the 16th of August 2025. Training will be provided if you can start earlier.
Duties include:
1. Food preparation (cutting, slicing, weighing etc)
2. Cooking okonomiyaki, yakisoba, wagyu
3. Grilling w salamander
4. Assisting Kitchen Supervisor with tasks
5. Taking in orders, collecting payment and ensuring all orders done correctly
6. Cleaning up & maintaining cleanliness, tidiness & hygiene in the kitchen
Package includes:
Option for 5.5 day or 6 day work week
