Short Description

The Manager, IT Infra DX, is a leadership role responsible for driving the implementation of strategies for infrastructure operations and maintenance in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This position focuses on ensuring the availability of stable, secure, and digitally transformed systems and networks.

Infrastructure Strategy and Operational Excellence:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure operations aligned with digital transformation goals
• Define and implement best practices for infrastructure management
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure stakeholders

Digital Transformation and Innovation:

• Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies and automation
• Identify opportunities for efficiency enhancement and cost reduction through innovation

Security, Compliance, and Vendor Management:

• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards
• Implement measures to protect systems and data
• Collaborate with vendors to maintain and enhance infrastructure services, negotiating contracts and SLAs

Team Leadership and Continuous Improvement:

• Lead the Infra DX team for the availability, stability, and performance of IT systems and networks, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence

Budget and Risk Management:

• Manage infrastructure operations and maintenance budget, optimizing resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate infrastructure risks, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master\'s degree or relevant certifications are advantageous
• Minimum 8 years of leadership-focused IT infrastructure management experience
• Proven success in driving digital transformation initiatives in a multinational setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellence communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local APAC languages is beneficial
• Visionary leadership with a strategic mindset, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud computing
• Experience with digital transformation technologies and automation, along with familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
• Ability to lead and motivate IT professionals, coupled with strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions
• Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, SLA management, and budgeting and financial management skills
