iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Omnichannel Project Officer Southeast Asia & India

VIE in our MCO (Managed Care Organisation) team, you'll contribute to the local medical content strategy for scientific external engagement based on country strategy, and provide country oversight and governance of regulatory, compliance and transparency reporting requirements for scientific content on digital platforms.

You will also organize and lead the editorial committees:

Support the marketing team by creating campaign plans*
Support on the selection and adaptation of global content (articles/videos/graphics) to distribute among the channels within those campaigns*
Be responsible for supporting CEMS for local content and its adaptation for different formats across the channels*

Main responsibilities:

Provide support to the Medical, Marketing, CME teams on medical content and digital related activities, being responsible for the scientific content tagging and release on Sanofi's digital platforms. Act as coordinator with local and/or regional medical, marketing, regulatory teams, and global focal points for content localization and production process. Manage relationships with content-intensive 3rd party vendors for the development or adaptation of scientific content. Act as country/region focal point for Global content Factory: track and measure content metrics, supports local adoption and raises specific needs to the global team. Co-create with medical - marketing and customer engagement teams the customer journeys in order to understand the content needed to generate a behavioral change in ecosystem. Coordinate with Franchises and Digital team the editorial planning and content calendar per key Omnichannel communication channels and tailored by relevant medical KOL personas. Specifically support content readings tracking and analytics. Help to Develop country Content Development Plan and scientific content strategies to support successful launches and ongoing strategy capitalizing on multiple digital platforms working together with Brand and CEM teams.

About you

Experience:

Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in areas of Communications, Marketing or Business Operations, Product Manager.

Education:

Master's Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.

Technical and soft skills:

Experience in using Digital initiatives and tools (f.e. CRM systems), project and vendor management. Advanced digital literacy and aware of Data Protection rules. Analytical skills, high attention to detail skills, execution and goal oriented, strategic thinking, agility.

Languages:

Advanced English skills.
