Safe and efficient operations & monitoring of the SPECTRA plant at Customer site at Woodlands.
Ensure continuous supply of gases to the customer, based on the required flow, pressure & quality.
Ensure that all safety rules and regulations are being adhered to.
Operates and monitor the SPECTRA plant (Gaseous Nitrogen Plant)
Operates and monitor the gas purifiers
Manages the bulk gases & ESG inventory within the tankfarm, ensuring no stock out for any products. (includes LIN backup)
Maintain documentation such as Certificate of Analysis (COA), plant logsheet, plant SOP
Liase with maintenance department for any work to be carried out at site.
Communicates with the customer on product supply parameters.
Accepting of bulk gas/ESG deliveries.
Liasing with vendor for system/equipment servicing.
Requirement
Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Science or any other related field or NTC-2 in Chemical Engineering.
Preferably at least 5 year(s) of working experience in a chemical/Oil & Gas plant
Experience in the operations of an ASU (includes VIE tank operations) will have an added advantage.
Willing to work in 12 hours morning and night shift
