Location: Singapore, Tuas Area

Contract Role Availability: mid September

This is a short duration contract role of four to six weeks under a one month contract, potentially extendable in two week increments.

We do expect to offer at least one candidate a full time role upon completion of this short term project.

Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Lab Technician - Environmental Sampling to support our projects in Singapore.

Contract

You'll be responsible for:

Collecting environmental samples according to standardized procedures and schedules Accurately labeling and logging collected samples Ensuring proper storage and transportation of samples to the laboratory Following all safety and cleanroom guidelines during sample collection Maintaining accurate records of sample collection activities Inspecting sample containers and supplies to ensure suitability for collection Communicating with laboratory personnel regarding sample status and needs Maintaining clean and organized collection equipment and storage areas Supporting sample handling and basic processing as needed

About you:

Experience working in laboratory environments or clean spaces required Previous exposure to environmental sampling preferred Basic understanding of sample handling or processing is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow protocols and safety procedures Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping * High school diploma or equivalent required
