DESIGNATION : Online Grocery Growth and Innovation Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Business, Fairprice is currently seeking an Online Grocery Growth and Innovation Associate to support the team in driving growth initiatives for FPOn. This role will require you to collaborate closely with other teams within the organization. To be successful in this role, you are someone who is meticulous, detail oriented and enjoy problem solving. Key Responsibilities:

• Competitive pricing analysis - To understand how we are pricing our SKUs strategically vs our key competition, identifying which categories to target and improve our promotional uplifts
• Critical Items - Identification of critical SKUs and what pack sizes/bundle mechanics will make us competitive
• Key SKU listing - Lead listing of SKUs for our focus categories based on contribution to total business

QUALIFICATIONS

• An analytical mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong critical thinking skills for solving complex issues
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of e-commerce/retail business would be a plus
• Able to commit a period of 6 months
