Roles & Responsibilities Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing web portal and managing e-commerce channel (e.g. Qoo10, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, and company website) content, Inventory, pricing, development, marketing planning, and after-sales service.
• Handle e-commerce online orders, packing, and arranging for shipping.
• Preparing and ensuring the right images for all the creating product
• Plan and implement marketing communications for both B2B and B2C channels
• Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance
• Manage new product uploads, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities
• Responsible for customer inquiries on a day-to-day basis.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (eg. Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Prepare in-house graphic / artwork for posters & promotion signage.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field
• Min. 1 of experience as a social media or similar role
• Able to do basic adobe photoshop, illustration, editing
• Knowledge in designing, photo shooting, video editing and creative thinking will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
• Knowledge of Magento will be an advantage
• Ability to create content and copywriting
• Basic knowledge of the Bicycle industry preferred
• Creativity and resourcefulness
• Enthusiasm and desire to learn
• Ability to work on short deadlines

Working Location: Kaki Bukit Road Working Days Per Week: 5.5 Day Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:30am to 6:30pm); Saturday (9:30am to 1:30pm)
