Job Details: o Online & Retail Store Supervisor/Asst. Manager uses websites, social media, and online marketing channels to increase sales and conversions, and to promote a business, product, or service. This involves managing and updating websites to maximize sales, coordinating campaigns and sales activities, and conducting market research. Proficiency with online sales channels, such as email, website advertising, and social media, as well as the ability to analyze data using programs.o Develop Innovative Sales Opportunities. Finding new ways to build and grow on lines sales and retails store sales and operations. Work with the team to find new ways to promote a product or service and create incentive plans to achieve marketing goals.o Work with Clients to Establish Goals. Develop positive client relationships and work closely with clients to establish marketing goals and implement a strategy that meets their requirements.o Make Sales Forecasts. Online & Retail Store Supervisor/Asst. Manager observes market trends and online sales data to develop sales forecasts, which they use to build effective strategies.o Create Sales Reports. Online & Retail Store Supervisor/Asst. Manager needs to produce regular reports to highlight successes and failures and to showcase areas for improvement. This includes monitoring sales achievements, calls, new and closed sales, and any follow-up activities.o Train Staff. Online & Retail Store Supervisor/Asst. Manager oversees the team. This part of the role involves hiring and training new and existing staff on the latest sales techniques, online trends, software and procedures in daily retail store operations. They also ensure that all members of the sales team comply with retail store operations, company policies, procedures, and business regulations.Qualifications: o College degree graduate of any course. Graduate of Digital Commerce, Management or Business Administration is an advantage.o With at least 1-year solid experience in Online Sales Management, combined with 1 year minimum background in Retail Store Management and Operations.o Must be open to work in Timog Avenue, QC and open to work in a skeletal scheduleJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
