Key Responsibilities

Online Store Operations Management

- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality execution of all store activities.

Sales & Performance

- Lead the team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall brand presence.

Team Leadership & Development

- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance guidance; build a motivated and service-oriented team culture.

Operational Execution

- Handle daily operational matters including inventory control, promotional event implementation, and customer relationship management.

Reporting & Optimization

- Monitor store performance, provide timely feedback to management, and assist in implementing improvement initiatives.

Requirements

diploma or degree in

Retail, Business Management or related fields

preferred. At least

2 years of supervisory experience

in retail or service industry; prior online

store management experience

is a strong advantage. Excellent

leadership, communication, and coordination skills
