We are commencing our 1H \'2024 internship recruitment to Singapore-based full time university undergraduates! To be eligible for Samsung\xe2\x80\x99s Internship program you must be currently enrolled in a qualifying degree or certificate program, and available Full-Time for internship period between Jan-Jun 2024.

We have two openings for our Samsung Singapore\'s Online Business Sales division:

• Online Operation, and
• Online Marketing

Samsung Electronics Singapore Internship 1H \'24 \xe2\x80\x93 Online Team (Full Time)
A. Online Operation Intern This role is responsible in ensuring operation for sales to run smoothly. Potential projects to involve: Stock management, Trade-in Audit, Orders flow process, etc.

• Provide sales and administrative support to Online team
• Support in day-to day orders flow in process, supply chain including but not limited to stock management to customer related queries
• End-to-End flow: Support the key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business.
• Execute operational tasks through collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders, as well as external partners.
• Manage internal communications with both internal and external stakeholders
• Uploading sales report & churning of sales report

B. Online Marketing Intern This role manages campaigns and drives activities leading to online sales growth. Key Projects include but not limited to: Bank promotion, Rewards program, Rating & Reviews, etc.

• Support the Channel Marketing lead on day to day activities that is geared towards driving Singapore direct-to-Consumer (Samsung.com store) to grow and drive sales through definition of strategic initiatives
• Assist towards campaign execution, tracking as well as report generation
• Ownership of a project that is pivotal towards driving Samsung.com sales in a sales and marketing capacity
• Translating global playbook into local, timely execution
• Manage internal communications with both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements: Pursuing undergraduate degree with academic module or work exposure related to:

• E-commerce operations / Customer Service (for Online Operation), and/or
• Project / Campaign Management (for Online Marketing)
