Roles & Responsibilities
Willing to learn IT skills Familiar with Windows Environment Experience in Troubleshooting and Repairing of PC/Notebooks Possess Analytical and Problem Solving Abilities Able to Work Independently, Self-motivated and Diligent Written and spoken Language Proficiency in English & Chinese as there is a requirement to handle Chinese speaking customers' technical enquires & conduct trouble shooting based on customers' feedback. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer (Hardware or equivalent)
Requirements
Candidate shall possess at least Higher Nitec / Diploma or Higher (Computer/Telecommunication) / Sales Experience of more than 1 year. 2 years and above corporate sales experience is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and project management skills. Fluent in English and Chinese in order to handle queries and feedbacks from English and Chinese speaking associates. * Preferably Sales Executive specialized in - Engineering / Technical / IT or equivalent but not limited to.
