About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Onsite Measuring Specialist

to join our team. The primary responsibility is to visit customer sites, take accurate measurements, and record all necessary details to support project planning, design, and installation. This role requires precision, professionalism, and clear communication with both customers and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites to carry out accurate measurements of rooms, walls, and designated areas. Record and document measurements clearly in standardized forms (digital or paper). Take photos or sketches where necessary to support measurement data. Communicate with customers onsite to clarify requirements and answer basic questions. Report measurement results promptly to the office team for quotation, planning, and installation preparation. Ensure measurement tools are properly maintained and calibrated. Adhere to company safety and quality guidelines while onsite.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum secondary education; technical background in carpentry, construction, or related field is a plus. Prior experience in measuring, surveying, or site inspection preferred but not mandatory (training provided). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage schedule efficiently. Physically fit to handle onsite tasks (e.g., climbing ladders, bending, handling measuring equipment). Familiarity with tools such as measuring tape, laser measurer, and mobile apps for recording data.
