Job Description

Looking for Trainee Onsite Service Engineer.

Work Location:

• Woodlands

Working Timing:

• Monday to Friday
• 0830AM to 530PM

Responsibilities:

• Performing installation and commissioning activities with minimum supervision.
• Provide frontline support on basic fault finding, rectification and planned maintenance activities on products inline with customer\'s requirement and/or contractual commitments.
• Ensuring all service activities are conducted within SHE and Quality policies of the Company.
• Adherence to defined work processes, risk assessment and SOP is required to be strictly comply.
• Able to provide accurate, factual reports to team leader or technical support personnel to aid in establishing solutions to resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical / Electromechanical or Electronics discipline
• Min 2 years working experience in relevant or related industry or technical experience in engineering, servicing or maintenance role.
• Proficient in understanding documents of technical nature (Etc: P & IDs, Wiring diagrams and other relevant).
• Computer Literate with strong command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Logical, adopting and systematic in fault finding, problem solving methodology.
• Able to interact positively in a multi-cultural and multilingual environment.
• Strong command of English verbal and written.
• Team Player, able to provide support among the team and/or required by the Line Manager.
• Candidates without experience can be consider a junior role.
