Our Client is a well-known distributor

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues with various types of coffee machines.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure coffee machines are functioning optimally, including cleaning, descaling, and replacing worn parts.
• Provide on-site repairs for commercial clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum machine efficiency.
• Perform administrative tasks such as preparing service reports.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, both in-person and via written communication.

Requirements

• Possesses NITEC/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics related disciplines
• 2-3yrs experience in repairing electrical appliances is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, understand their machine issues, and explain repairs or maintenance procedures clearly.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams.
• Class 3 driving license is required

• Working days/hours: Mon - Fri (830am - 530pm)
• Location: Jurong East MRT
