What the role is:ISD confronts and addresses threats to Singapore\'s internal security and stability. For over 70 years, ISD and its predecessor organisations have played a central role in countering threats such as those posed by foreign subversive elements, spies, racial and religious extremists, and terrorists. - To conduct research regarding Internet behaviours and phenomena, in areas such as terrorism and violent extremism. \xe2\x80\xa2 To produce tactical reports when security-related incidents happen and strategic assessments of recurring incidents.
- Degree or equivalent competencies will be preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-driven and motivated individual with an interest in local and regional current affairs \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently or in a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Good research and writing skills, and comfortable working with large volumes of research data \xe2\x80\xa2 Competent in using both current and evolving digital tools and analytics \xe2\x80\xa2 Competent in navigating the web and has an interest in web technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Only Singaporeans need apply We wish to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
