What you will do:

General Office Admin - Facilities Mgt, Mailing/Courier, Office Supplies, general maintenance, workplace measures regulated under Safe Management.

How you will do it:

Managing the local program implementation and site process owner of the Travel Policy/Concur Policy/Corporate Credit Card when launch

Site liaison of Journey to New Normal/COVID 19 EHS Taskforce

General office supplies like stationaries/name card/staff pass/visas for business trips

Indirect Procurement - General Office Supplies

New Hires Induction - General Admin

Logistics Management to host JCI/JCH overseas visitors.

Office Events / General Welfare/Corporate Programs - eg, Townhall, EHS program, Facilities Management, CBRE-real estate, CSR. Corp Pass Access Tracking/SG regulatory surveys/SG business association membership

Diploma with minimum 2 years relevant working experience
