Position Details:

Company : U3 Infotech (Payroll)

Role : Operation Analyst (Payment/TT)

Position : Contract

Duration : 9+ Months

Location : Singapore

1. Perform day-to-day operational activities in relation to Inward Telegraphic Transfer (ITT) / Outward Telegraphic Transfer (OTT)
2. Ensure completeness and correctness of customer instructions before processing
3. Perform daily reconciliation of ITT/OTT payments
4. Collaborate widely with internal stakeholders and ensure that their ITT/OTT payment related queries are timely addressed, and issues timely resolved.
5. Ensure timely escalation of system issues and work with tech counterparts to resolve those issues
