GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Coordinates with local Regional and Area Distributors to assist them in reaching their sales targets by ensuring that distributor has adequate inventory every time, suggesting ways to increase sales, collect and remit payment on time and others. Serves as the link between Head Office and our local partnersQUALIFICATIONS

Male or Female
Can confidently communicate with all levels of society
Knows local geographical area
College graduate of a 2 year or 4 year course
Has experience in sales and operations
Willing and able to Travel
Preferably, has own motorcycle and at least has a license to drive a motorcycle
With experience in any of the following industries: Manufacturing, FMCG, Distribution, Pharmaceutical, Beverage.
RESPONSIBILITY
Attain targets set for the area
Coordinate and advise local Area Distributors on where and how to push products
Look for additional Area Distributors in the area
Monitor stock inventory of Regional and Area Distributors
Coordinate with logistics haulers and ensure that deliveries reach destination
Collects and remits payment of Regional Distributor and Area Distributors on time
Assists and suggests to the Area Distributor how to reach sales target
Consistently communicates with superiors regarding developments affecting business interest
