Resolve billing disputes, respond to customer inquiries, and intercompany postings efficiently.
Collaborate with procurement teams to discuss on the rate negotiation and space availability.
Job Requirements:
Experience in customer service for exports/imports and document processing for ocean freight.
Knowledge of customs clearance processes and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Strong business insight and proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level).
1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding, field operations, or planning/scheduling.
