Responsibilities
- Administrative support to Operations. This includes but not limited to
- Update the Tier board.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Day Meetings
- Work closely with other departments such as purchasing, engineering, quality
- Any other form of data management / integrity
- Collaborate with Cell Leaders to close EHS and Quality findings timely.
- To collaborate with CORE department in providing real time data to the operations team
- Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and any other additional tasks assigned by Operations Manager
- Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus.
- Nitec / Diploma in related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft excel & power point)
- Power BI or any other tools will be advantageous.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic oral and written English language skill.
- Willing to work overtime on need basis.
- Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus.
