Our client is a growing local courier and logistics solutions provider.





We are seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Leader to drive business expansion, oversee key client relationships, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team. This role is suited for a commercially driven leader with strong understanding of local courier service workflows and the ability to scale business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and operations teams to achieve business targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key clients to ensure service excellence and account growth. Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence. Monitor and devise operational workflow to ensure efficient daily operation aligned with service standards. Prepare periodic business reports and present insights to management. Undertake any other duties or projects assigned by the management team.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or related commercial roles. Proven ability to lead teams and drive business performance in a competitive market. Strong business acumen with keen ability to identify opportunities and convert leads. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Benefits
