Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore, for a leadership role in the Security Industry (OPERATIONS DIRECTOR). Responsibilities include overseeing and managing security operations, ensuring the implementation of cutting-edge technology and practices, and maintaining compliance with safety and security regulations. Leading security teams, strategic planning, and client relationship management will form integral parts of the role, ensuring continuous improvement in security processes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership in Security Operations. Oversee Incident Management and Crisis Response. Ensure full Risk Management & Compliance adherence. Drive Strategic Planning, Growth, and Execution. Manage Security Operations Centre (SOC) Oversight. Lead Training, Development & Awareness initiatives. Build and maintain Stakeholder & Client Engagement. Act as a key influencer and represent the organization with clientele.

Job Requirements:

WSQ Diploma in Security or relevant qualifications. Minimum 10 years of experience in Security Operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven track record in the Singapore security industry. (MUST requirement) Strong background in Investigations, Audits, and Compliance. Excellent ability to identify and mitigate risks & vulnerabilities. Flexible to work weekends or extended hours when required.
