Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3500 to $4,500 (depending on relevant experiences)
• Annual Wage Supplement + VB + 14 Days AL

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 6:15pm
Working Location: Report to Changi South, Deployed to Bukom Island / Jurong IslandPrimary Responsibilities:

• HSE Program Implementation: Implement the HSE program for the plant in alignment with corporate HSE policies, programs, and ISO45001 requirements to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
• Documentation Management: Ensure the updating and maintenance of relevant HSE documentation for the company and specific projects, guaranteeing that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Regulatory Compliance: Carry out and comply with all duties and requirements of the Workplace Safety & Health Act, ensuring all operations adhere to local and international safety standards.
• Contractor Management: Conduct, review, and approve contractor work requests, risk assessments, and required permitting requirements, ensuring all contractor activities are safely managed and documented.
• Inspections and Audits: Attend required HSE meetings, conduct necessary inspections and audits, and implement corrective actions to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other duties within the scope of the position as assigned by the Department Manager, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet organizational needs.

Operations Responsibilities:

• Sourcing competitive rates for shipments and identifying business opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Processing and coordinating shipments, managing necessary documentation, and ensuring timely collections and deliveries.
• Maintaining financial accountability by collecting COD payments before releasing shipment documents.
• Effective communication regarding operational matters, timely closure of job files for month-end accounts, following sales leads, and planning new services.
• Performing various operational tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer
• Experience with ISO14001 / ISO45001 & Integrated
• Management Systems
