Job Title: Operations Executive


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM


Location: 8 Kaki Bukit Ave 4


Employment Type: Full-Time





Job Overview:


We are looking for a responsible and reliable Operations Executive to support daily field operations and logistics. The ideal candidate must possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record, and be comfortable with driving and coordinating on-ground assignments.





Key Responsibilities:


Drive and dispatch technicians to various outdoor job sites. Deliver and collect company vehicles to/from customers. Send company vehicles for inspection at VICOM or designated inspection centres. Deliver documents and small items to customers, vendors, or government offices as needed. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure daily assignments are completed smoothly. Maintain proper records of trips and assignments.


Requirements:


Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with good driving record. Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic regulations. Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently. Good communication and coordination skills. Prior experience in a similar operational or logistics role is an advantage.
