Job description:
Export Process

• Prepare and manage export documentation, including shipping documents, and export permits.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of export-related paperwork.

Quality Control and Inspection:

• Ensure compliance with import standards and company requirements
• Checking of HAWB Labels, seal numbers, import documentation

Customs Compliance:

• Coordinate with customs brokers or authorities to ensure compliance with import regulations and procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in import laws and tariffs to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.

Logistics Coordination:

• Organize and manage logistics for the importation process, including shipping, transportation, and warehousing arrangements.
• Liaise with internal & external service providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with internal MA-Network, Carriers or approved vendors regarding shipping schedules, documentation requirements etc.

Record-Keeping and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of import transactions, shipping documents, customs declarations, and temporary import shipments into the NG system

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma and above in Logistics / Business Administration
• Experience in Air Freight Environment will be advantageous
• Diploma / Degree candidates without experience may be considered
