Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of cleaners & team lead in carrying out cleaning works and maintaining cleanliness of the assigned areas
- To oversee and plan work activities of cleaning staff in commercial and residential establishments
- Able to perform cleaning jobs / hand on whenever required for homes and offices assignment
- Handle feedback and complaints, respond to customer’s request promptly
- To take regular inventory check of cleaning supplies and maintain all cleaning equipment to ensure seamless execution of daily cleaning activities
- To train new / existing staff where applicable
Requirements:
- Candidates with minimum 1 year experience in cleaning or related field are preferred
- Possesses good working attitude and able to multi-tasking, self-driven
- Able to manage their time well
- Able to handle conflicts
- Work well under pressure
- 6 days work week
