Our client is one of the largest European multinational organization and they are specialised in the handling the transportation of heavy machinery. They hold one of the largest market share around regions and is currently expanding their business. Hence, looking for a Logistics Executive and this incumbent will oversee the port operations and provide improvement plans on the operations efficiency.

Job Details:

• Salary basic up to $3000 + Mobile allowance
• Location: Jurong Port (Transportation allowance)
• Working hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm | Sat, 8:30am - 1pm

Job Details:

Job Responsibilities

Establish effective relationships with customer representatives to ensure contractual obligations are met and exceeded.

Coordinate the supply chain process with freight forwarders and transporters to ensure on-time delivery.

Manage inbound/outbound cargo, consumables materials, and supplies level

Rrocess shipping documents such as B/L, D/O, Manifest, Portnet, JP Online etc.

Project budgeting, cost management, and invoicing.

Conduct cargo and cycle-count audits, and monitor various operational KPI\'s, with follow-up actions and reporting.

Support port, warehousing, and other cross-functional activities as and when required.

Creative in solving supply chain and operation issues, meeting deadlines, and responding to queries.

The Talent

Preferably with 1 year of experience in managing port operation
