Job Description



Manage and rearrange car storage spaces. Check in and check out vehicles, keeping accurate records. Keep track of vehicle movements. Update or input data into Google Sheets for reporting and tracking. Swap replacement cars with customers. Inspect and quote bodywork for end of contract. Send, collect, and inspect cars at AutoSpray/washing point. Inspect and send worn-out PVC seats for replacement/repairs. Prepare and arrange cars for GetGo use. Inspect tow-in cars and submit request forms to the Service Advisor (SA). Issue replacement cars as approved by the workshop/salesperson. Update the total ready cars from the workshop/ARC to GetGo. Monitor cars sent to the workshop and update reports. Check and approve parts quotations. Prepare next-day delivery cars for salespersons. Monitor and arrange VICOM inspections. Arrange and inspect vehicles for the entire fleet under LCR. Create/update PO/DO/end contract entries in Dewtouch. Check and tally keys and cars daily. Check and tally invoices for windscreen/PVC seat replacement, etc.

Requirements



Valid Class 3 driving license. Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets preferred). At least 1-2 years of relevant experience; candidates with automotive industry background preferred. Minimum O Level qualification and above. * 5.5 days work week.
