Job Description

Responsibilities:



Provide full range support on day-to-day operations including clerical and administrative support and assisting sales activities Manage and follow up daily orders Provide quality customer service by answering enquiries and complaints via email or phone communication Work with related teams on customer service/aftersales service related issues in a timely and professional manner Ensure all company policies/procedures in store are followed and manage archiving for relevant documents Assist with implementation and accurate use of digital tools Be responsible for the application of procedures related to internal control and health & safety Around 1-2 times on duty per month (on Weekends) Handle other ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:



Minimum 4-5 years of solid working experience Detail-minded and strong initiative Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Detail-minded with multi-tasking skills Proficiency in MS Office * accept overtime and shift work
