Job Description

Personnel management:

Recruit, train, and supervise security officers, including managing schedules, performance, and disciplinary issues.

Operational oversight:

Supervise daily security operations, conduct site inspections, and ensure all security protocols are followed.

Client relations:

Act as a point of contact for clients, address their inquiries and concerns, and conduct meetings to maintain service quality.

Risk and compliance:

Conduct security and safety risk assessments, and ensure compliance with security protocols and relevant regulations.

Technology management:

Monitor and operate security systems, such as CCTV and access control systems, and manage incident documentation.

Incident response:

Respond to security incidents, execute escalation procedures, and ensure proper reporting and documentation in an incident management system. *

Training and development:

Plan and schedule training for security personnel to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest requirements and best practices.
