Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarder
- Position Title: Operation Executive (Sea freight)
- Working Location: East - Loyang Way (Nearest MRT/Bus: Tampines East)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days - Mon to Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Sat (WFH): 8.30 am-12.30 pm
- Salary Package: Basic Up to SGD 2800 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Variable Bonus (Up to 3 months)
- Duration: Permanent
- Handle documentation for all shipments and plan for collection/delivery in order to meet cut-off timing.
- Preparing and processing shipments.
- Follow up with customers on the shipment status, build good customer relationships, and assist with customers\' requests.
- Maintain regular contact/rapport in understanding and forecasting customers\' requirements.
- Responsible for closing all job files promptly to meet month-end closing of accounts.
- Ensure that KPIs are met.
- Min. \'O\' Level
- Min. 1 year of working experience in a related field
- Training is provided to inexperienced candidate
- Knowledge of Sysfreight will be an added advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to commit to overtime when required
