Working Location: East - Loyang Way (Nearest MRT/Bus: Tampines East)
Working Hours: 5.5 days - Mon to Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Sat (WFH): 8.30 am-12.30 pm
Salary Package: Basic Up to SGD 2800 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Variable Bonus (Up to 3 months)

Key Responsibilities
Handle documentation for all shipments and plan for collection/delivery in order to meet cut-off timing.
Preparing and processing shipments.
Follow up with customers on the shipment status, build good customer relationships, and assist with customers\' requests.
Maintain regular contact/rapport in understanding and forecasting customers\' requirements.
Responsible for closing all job files promptly to meet month-end closing of accounts.
Ensure that KPIs are met.

Min. \'O\' Level
Min. 1 year of working experience in a related field
Training is provided to inexperienced candidate
Knowledge of Sysfreight will be an added advantage
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to commit to overtime when required
