Primary Purpose and Function

Responsible in support and organize day to day logistics operations, including shipping and storage. Monitor jobs with vendors for quality assurance. Support Sales turnover operation, in the area of logistic support & delivery. Coordinate information workflow and leverage resources to achieve and improve Company goals.

Responsibilities

1. Assist Sales functions with vendors and governing authorities (LTA,etc)

2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis and proactively identify operational improvement opportunities that deliver customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

3. Assist NVP coordinator on storage yard maintenance

4. Responsible for assigned event from sign-off to post-event, ensuring all operation functions are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.

5. Identify and understand trends and key drivers regarding non-compliance in operational process across all sales and external service channels.

6. Perform pick up and delivery service of customer / nvp vehicles in efficient, safe and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction.

7. Perform Adhoc dispatch and local purchase service.

Requirement

Minimum Class 3 driving licence (Class 4 would be added advantage)

Microsoft office

General knowledge on logistic, preferable on Import/Export related matters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
