Job Description
Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Operation Executive/ Warehouse Executive / Warehouse Supervisor to manage a team to achieve for daily warehouse operations and ensure transport operations (last miles delivery) to run smoothly and productivity. You will manage and improve on monthly Missing, Wrong, Damage and Additional deliveries. And Assists the Manager to enforce all standing policies and procedures as established.
What Will You Do
- To manage a team to achieve for daily warehouse operations
- Ensure warehouse & transport operations to run smoothly and productivity
- Plan, organize and make sure drivers comply with rules & commitment.
- Assists the Manager to enforce all standing policies and procedures as established.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
- At least Degree & above in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Business/ Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience in transportation experience/ fleet management/e-commerce/B2C is a must.
- Experience in documentation skills.
- Experience in planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience in leading and developing top performing teams
