Receive and act upon instructions given by client and carried out efficiently . Participate in monthly EHS Committee Meeting and conduct site inspection on health and safety as per legal requirement . To counsel and brief staff on all safety procedures and operations matter prior to the meeting . Ensure reporting of incidents by 24 hours as per the incident reporting standards . Be the safety champion/advocate at sites under their care . To consolidate and submit stock requisition every month on time and ensure the cost is within the budget . To consolidate and submit staff attendance every month on time . To counsel and brief team leaders/cleaners on all safety procedures and operations matter . To ensure that all staff abide by the company's or jobsite safety and health rules and regulations . Maintain contact with clients . Attend meetings called by client to review the standards achieved and to identify current major or recurrent problems encounter so as to effect improvement in the overall performance of the contract .
